1) Fitness/workout

I’m following the “top body challenge” created by Sonia Tlev (a French personal trainer). This challenge is well known for its fantastic results that are noticeable in less than 3 months as you can see below:

Some exercises are to be completed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday its recommended to perform cardio exercises. I really  enjoyed this first week, some exercises were difficult but not impossible. Of course, my whole body was aching but by the end of the week, it was definitely worth it.

2) Diet

I’m not going on a a regular diet, but I’m trying to eat healthier. I have the tendency to skip lunch and breakfast,  indulge in a lot of sweet foods and only eat dinner!!! Trust me, you shouldn’t do that. It will affect your mood, your body and much more. I’m so proud of myself because I succeeded in eating a lot healthier this week. 

I’ve eaten healthy, 3 times a day and I also allow myself to eat “1 cheat meal per week”  to ensure I won’t give up. The only obstacle I had during this week was the fact that I couldn’t stop myself from eating sweet stuff. I tried really hard but I couldn’t. Of course it was just small cookies, and even if I felt guilty, I tried to forget it and be focused on the positive result.

 

3) Self-Esteem

During this week, I told myself everyday the following statement:
“I’m wearing an invisible crown and I’m a queen, therefore, I will behave like a queen”
So every time I  felt  down, I would repeat this quote and keep my head up. My main goal is to gain confidence and it’s working. Sometimes, I felt anxious or shy or uneasy and as soon as I reminded myself that I was a queen, all the negativity would disappear.
